On this site I bring you some recipes of different styles and types, even some of my own!

This site will attempt to cover a wide range of material concentrating on simple food with just a few ingredients. That is partly the reason for the title of the site ("JustCooking"), mainly as a result of a suggestion from a subscriber to the Hot Tips Newsletter.

If you're NOT interested in simple and easy to cook dishes,

Some of you might call these recipes "crazy" or even "stupid", but that's half the fun of experimenting!

I remember mentioning to a very clever Italian lady who loves to cook that I had stuffed a Calamari tube with savoury minced beef; did she get upset and give me a lecture on not mixing different types of food. My response was that I saw it done somewhere and, even if not, it tasted fine!

They say "Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder", or something like that. With these recipes, I say "Taste is on the palate of the Taster". I have tasted all of these dishes and haven't even had a tummy ache, so I must be doing alright, I'm still here!
